Today’s video is a what I eat in a day for busy days :) <br /><br />Good morning my beautiful friends! I hope you enjoy this what I eat in a day video :D Lots of love always xoxo<br /><br /><br />Meal 1:<br />- 2 x mangoes, sliced and enjoyed!<br /><br />Meal 2:<br />- 1/2 can chickpeas, scrambled<br />- 1 tbsp vegan mayo<br />- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard<br />- garlic powder, sprinkled<br />- pinch of himalayan pink salt<br />- 2 x pieces of oat sourdough<br />- handful of spinach leaves<br />- 5 slices of vegan cheese<br /><br />Meal 3:<br />- 1 x packet of frozen acai<br />- 1 x frozen banana<br />- 1 x handful frozen strawberries<br />- splash of almond mylk<br />- 1 x heaped tbsp of peanut butter<br />- sprinkle of granola<br /><br />Meal 4:<br />- 1 x large sweet potato, roasted in olive oil<br />- 1/2 can brown lentils<br />- splash of passata<br />- sprinkle of garlic powder<br />- sprinkle of paprika<br />- pinch of himalayan pink salt<br />- pinch of cumin<br />- 2 tbsp Natural COYO<br />- juice of 1 lime<br />- splash of almond mylk<br />- sprinkle of coriander<br />- sprinkle of garlic powder<br />- pinch of himalayan pink salt<br />- wedge of lime and flax seeds to serve<br /><br /><br />♫ MUSIC<br />Ehrling - You And Me<br />Embody - Be Cool ft.
